We have been using the ISO 9001-2015 Certification Package for a few months and are currently preparing for the certification audit. I have to admit that I was quite skeptical in the beginning as I thought the only real way to certification was through a consultant. In the end we chose this template package mainly for cost reasons (the consultant quoted over $30k). I am glad we did. This DIY ISO 9001 implementation project turned out to be extremely useful for our company as it opened our eyes to numerous improvement opportunities. The templates are very comprehensive and the guidelines easy to follow. I would almost go as far as calling this system a real pleasure.

I was recently tasked to improve our ISO 9001 system and get it updated to 2015 version. Actually, my company has been ISO 9001:2008 certified for 7 years but ISO has not been well accepted here. Therefore, I decided to set up ISO 9001:2015 from scratch again rather than updating the old system. I used the ISO 9001:2015 Certification Package which made my job quite easy. It seems to be a great success and the staff seems to accept ISO now. I have to say that the 9001Simplified system is much much better than our old system because it is easier to use for staff and it cuts out much of our bureaucracy.

This is a quick comment on the ISO 9001 Simplified Certification Package: the package is very big with many templates and forms and instructions. Initially it seemed overwhelming but after reading the ISO 9001:2015 guide, it all became clear. The templates are very easy to customize if one follows the instructions. There are so many templates that it is not necessary for us to write any more procedures. Therefore, this package is a great time saver for us. It certainly exceeds our expectations and I would recommend it to any company.

The ISO9001-2015 upgrade kit is actually very good and very easy. But I got very angry because it is so very late my customers are waiting so long. So should I give one star because of the delay or 5 stars because of the good quality??? Okay I am not so angry already so maybe 4 stars then. Where is the promised ISO 9001:2015 upgrade?? We have been using the 9001Simplified system for over a year, the system is actually very good, but we need to upgrade to ISO 9001:2015 now and are still waiting for the upgrade materials!! 5 stars for the ISO 9001 package, 1 star for being so late with the upgrade materials, averages out to 3 stars.

We are a small machine shop with only 4 employees and a small budget but at the same time we wanted an ISO 9001 system that would make our company even better (we sure didn't want the bureaucratic nightmare as some companies end up with). After much research on the internet and after talking with our registrar, we decided to use the 9001Simplified.com system to set up our ISO 9001 system. This turned out to be an excellent choice. The entire process was clearly explained and easy to follow, the templates are well written and fit our business well, and customer service responded promptly to our questions. I own a small printing company with only 5 employees so I was initially concerned that ISO 9001 and the Complete Package by 9001Simplified would not apply to my small service business. We are using the Complete Package which includes the ISO 9001 Implementation Manual and the Streamlining Manual. All materials are excellent but I would like to highlight the previously mentioned two documentation templates: these are comprehensive and fully integrated ISO 9001 documents rather than just quality manuals with procedures. I think that the website understates this as the level of detail in both manuals is exceptional and far beyond our expectations. Due to this much detail, ISO 9001 certification was quite easy for us as we didn't have to create many operating procedures on our own.

I was looking for templates to facilitate the ISO 9001 implementation at my small computer company but about all the templates I saw on the internet looked overly complicated to me. I had heard from quality managers many times before that ISO 9001 often introduced a layer of bureaucracy into business operations that caused more harm than good to the company even though ISO 9001 has been designed as a tool to improve businesses. So I was looking for templates that would meet both the requirements and the spirit of ISO 9001 without being the usual bureaucratic paperwork. I am extremely pleased by the 9001Simplfied ISO 9001 complete package because of its simplicity and user-friendliness and the way it focuses on improving operational processes. I did a lot of research, including checking the reviews of various ISO 9001 products by the ISO 9001 Council (www.9001council.org) before making my purchase decision, and I am pretty certain that there is no other ISO 9001 certification package that comes even close in terms of efficiency and business improvements. My tip to all: don't forget that business-friendliness is the most important criteria when selecting an ISO 9001 certification package or templates.

The ISO 9001 implementation materials excel by being simple in the most positive way. All the busy-work that I found being part of other ISO 9001 packages is missing. This is great! We used to have ISO 9002 over 10 years ago and stopped using it because it was such a bureaucratic burden, but the ISO 9001 documentation of 9001Simplified is completely free of all this bureaucratic nonsense. I applied the Simplified Streamlining Manual for the purpose of upgrading our old ISO 9001 quality management system. Our old ISO 9001 system was no longer used owing to being exceedingly cumbersome. I have done much research and I have tried another ISO 9001 package before but I can honestly say that 9001 Simplified is the only company that makes ISO 9001 a system for business improvement; all others are either too bureaucratic (most of what I have seen are full of bureaucratic and unnecessary requirements) or just focus on easy ISO 9001 certification.

The Complete Package turned out to be a better product than we expected, and our expectations were high after reading all the praise of 9001 Simplified on the internet. All included ISO 9001 templates complement each other (for example, the forms fit perfectly the requirements in the ISO 9001 manual) and the instructions, that are provided in form of a PDF booklet, are clear and succinct. Most importantly (that's the main reason we selected 9001 Simplified), all the templates and instructions are business friendly (for example, the requirements for contract review help us avoid unprofitable orders of which we had so many in the past). This is clearly a five star product that I can recommend without hesitations.

I chose the 9001Simplified complete package because I was intrigued by the idea of getting an efficient and business-friendly ISO 9000 system, not just a certificate. At first, I was a bit skeptical because I had done some research and looked at other products, so I thought ISO 9000 was much bureaucratic paperwork. But when we started to use the 9001Simplified system, it quickly became clear that this was different. We spent 5 months and 3 days using the complete package before getting ISO 9000 certified on August 23, 2012, and I have to say that every day was rewarding. Using their system, we redesigned many of our operational processes and we reorganized our shop floor. Bottom line is that we not only got the ISO 9000 certificate but also a more efficiently operating company. This is worth 5 stars.

Using 9001 Simplified to get our ISO 9001 certificate was a very good experience. We used the Complete Package because it not only includes the ISO 9001 quality manual and all templates but also all forms and guides. I would like to share my feedback on the Complete Package by 9001Simplified: this ISO 9001 package allowed us to implement our entire ISO 9001 quality system and get certified at our two facilities within only 5 months. I usually don't write reviews but I am so pleased with ISO9000Simplified and their 'Complete ISO 9000 Package' that I want to share my experience with others. First of all, ISO9000Simplified promises a simple and non-bureaucratic ISO system, and they really deliver! Every procedure, every process is very efficient and minimizes the amount of paperwork.

Surprisingly enough, using their ISO system, we now use less paperwork than before ISO! Secondly, the 'Complete ISO 9000 Package' was really easy to use and follow, even though we didn't have any prior experience with ISO 9000. We also didn't need to buy anything else because everything was included.

I would also like to mention that their customer service is really prompt and their advice is to-the-point. ISO9000Simplified is a first-rate company, and their 'Complete ISO 9000 Package' is outstanding.

Both manuals are just amazing in that they don't require all the time-consuming paperwork that is usually part of ISO (we have seen other manuals and we know how terrible most other manuals are). Also customizing the Implementation Manual was really easy, and when I had a question, their customer service responded immediately. Highly recommended!

I think that ISO9000simplified is even better than their advertising claims: ISO9000simplified really improved our entire company a lot! We were able to eliminate a many cumbersome processes and improve others; our departments are much more efficient now, especially accounting and production; quite amazingly, even our most stubborn foremen support our ISO 9000 system.

Before I found iso9000simplified .com, I always thought that ISO 9001 was just a marketing scheme. But since we used your ISO 9001 Starter Package to implement this incredibly efficient ISO 9001 system, I know that ISO 9001 can actually be of tremendous help to a company. The ISO 9001:2000 Standard states the requirements that need to be complied with. It does not tell you how to do it. This makes it difficult the first time one has to design and implement a system to comply with the requirements.

The ISO9000Simplified gave me an example of how the ISO 9001 Standard requirements are taken care of in a documented system. This has been very helpful.

The forms and templates make sense and are easy to customize. I am currently finishing off the Implementation Manual, but found out that have to purchase additional programs to able to add our own Org Chart, the one you supply is not updatable - and has to be replaced with different chart. Also It would be good to have a master list with all procedure numbers (so all artifacts that we are going to keep in the files should have their own unique numbers. I got a survey from one of the customers, that requested a procedure numbers for each of processes. I can assign some myself, but the tracebility should be from Quality Manual to the records and back. For instance Here the questions were:

Does final inspection activity/product realization currently take place? (Y/N then procedure#) I can assign the paragraph name from the manual but then still to figure out if we have the similar number tracable back to the documents - and I believe we do not.

Another question is: Is the procedure for non conforming material including software and services? again here we have the material inspection process, and sign it when comes, but do we have procedure number for this inspection? I am not sure as I am in the early stage of customizing ISO for our company, but haven't came accross any tracability like that I think. Please help to achieve this and let me know in case I am missing something and just need clarification or we need to add the numbering to all artifacts that are kept in the records that trace back to ISO implementation manual.

Is the ISO implementation manual same as quality system manual? Looks like it is. I do not see anything else that would qualify as QM manual. Maybe QM manual should have details on what procedures are defined (including their names and numbers) in each section (process such for example : Corrective and Preventative actions or New Employee Hire, or all other processes that are covered in the ISO Implementation Manual or we may just expand existing manual with the added attachement that has a master list of all artifacts for each defined process. I just started working with your product, hope my comments are helpful. It is possible though that because I haven't finished yet the customization I might be not aware of existing already documents that cover the above. In such case please help.

Once we were on your website, we had no problems getting around to find the neccessary information needed to pull up and print our Iso-9001 manual. It seemed to be fairly easy to follow.
